By accessing and using the “The Boss” app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. You also agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The Boss offers an optional auto-renewing subscription priced at $0.99 USD per year, which unlocks premium features within the app.
- The payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
- No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription term.
User Responsibilities
As all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your data. You agree not to use the application for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on this application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of THE BOSS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
THE BOSS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these terms or if your use is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
